摘要【目的】小白鹭是湿地生态系统中常见食肉性水鸟，其组织器官的重金属分布特征与栖息地的污染状况密切相关。卵壳是一种易于获取、又无损伤性样品，是反映湿地生态系统重金属污染状况的良好检材。本文旨在掌握鄱阳湖小白鹭重金属污染状况及重金属富集特征，为开展鄱阳湖湿地重金属污染防治和水鸟保护提供数据和科学支撑。【方法】本文以鄱阳湖地区 3 个典型鹭鸟分布区的小白鹭卵壳为研究对象，通过电感耦合等离子质谱仪（ICP-MS）获得卵壳 8 种重金属（Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn、As、Pb、Cd、Hg）含量、3 个分布区土壤样品中 8 种重金属含量和重金属富集系数。【结果】研究表明 3 个区域小白鹭卵壳内 Zn 含量均为最高，其他 7 种重金属含量有一定差异，分析 3 个区域小白鹭卵壳对土壤富集系数发现，Hg 的富集系数远高于其他 7 种重金属。【结论】小白鹭受到鄱阳湖环境中重金属污染的影响，且重金属的含量受到食物链的影响。
